For those of you who know the roots of Helipad and the history of clubbing in Singapore, one little club must be etched in your memories forever - The legendary Liquid Room - the final and for many, the only stop on the club scene before it all becomes a beautiful blur.
To launch Helipad's new Saturday after midnight, 00:01 - we resurrect the spirit of Liquid Room and match it with another legend, DJ Gabriel. Back in 2000, if our brain cells serve us well, KL had the hottest night life in Asia and DJ Gabriel brought it there in the form of House music in a space we all know as Movement. The mythical dusk till dawn club then burned down in a ferocious fire in 2002. Everything was destroyed except the sound system...
DJ Gabriel drops by the Helipad with Joey G this Saturday, October 4th, after midnight to jolt us with a massive evening of electro tech, booze, bootie and dancefloor bombs.
